Marketing Coordinator — Growth & Customer Acquisition
Role Summary
This role exists for one reason only: company growth through customer acquisition. You will be responsible for driving new families into the business and ensuring acquisition turns into real tutoring usage, measured strictly by tutoring sessions completed. This role has a fast ramp, steep learning curve, and requires immediate production.
What You Own
- Customer acquisition via organic and paid channels
- End-to-end funnel ownership (top to bottom)
- Optimization for families who actually use tutoring
Skills Needed (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong technical ability, including leveraging AI tools for copywriting, analysis, and efficiency
- Ability to generate high-converting marketing copy with clear offers and calls to action
- Comfort conversing directly with potential customers via phone, Zoom, email, and text
- Ability to clearly explain our academic acceleration offerings to parents
- Full-funnel ownership mindset: awareness → acquisition → usage
- Strong analytical skills, including tracking CPCA and estimating customer LTV
Success Expectations
- Ramp quickly and launch acquisition campaigns within weeks
- Produce families who complete tutoring sessions
- Use data to decide what scales and what stops
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate (20–25 hrs/week during ramp)
- Performance compensation tied directly to tutoring sessions completed
- No cap on upside — sessions are the only metric that matters

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
