California Certified Residential Appraiser Trainee
Family-owned appraisal firm based in the San Francisco Peninsula is looking for motivated and qualified candidates to join our team as a Certified California Residential Appraiser Trainee.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in any field OR an Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate
- Reside in and/or be familiar with the following Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, and Sonoma.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive long distances frequently for assignments.
- Physically able to perform on-site residential appraisal inspections.
-Ability to complete appraisal assignments in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to complete all required pre-licensing education and requirements per the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (BREA).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, PDF tools, and common Windows keyboard shortcuts.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, patience, and the ability to multitask
- Ability to perform data research, verification, and analysis to develop well-supported market value conclusions.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team player

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
