Opportunity:
We are seeking an Associate to join our fast-growing financial services firm. This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic group and leverage past experiences in public markets to advise Fortune 500 companies across various areas of their business.
Role:
The Associate will play a key supporting role across a variety of client engagements, working closely with Directors and senior team members to conduct research, prepare materials, analyze data, and help develop insights and recommendations. This is a hands-on role requiring intellectual curiosity, collaborative spirit, and strong execution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support Directors and client leads on project execution, including research, data analysis, and material preparation.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to inform strategic recommendations.
- Assist in building client deliverables such as presentations, memos, and analysis summaries.
- Track key project milestones and assist in measuring progress against defined goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support problem-solving and project coordination.
- Participate in client meetings, take notes, and summarize key takeaways and next steps.
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and team growth initiatives.
- Maintain organized project documentation and assist in developing templates or process tools.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in a professional services or business environment, such as consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or project management.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build clear and compelling presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in strategy, business transformation, and growth-oriented work.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Compensation: $110,000 starting base salary, plus annual discretionary bonus.
