The Marketing Specialist will support the enrollment development objectives of the WellQuest River Valley and Ashton Acres by executing an integrated marketing plan that establishes name recognition of both the organization’s brand and its affiliates and drives referrals and enrollments on an ongoing basis to support enrollment growth. This staff member will report directly to the Executive Director.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and executes marketing plans and the appropriate collateral materials to market both the WellQuest River Valley and Ashton Acres organizations.
- Executes strategic marketing outreach plan.
- Tracks and reports on enrollments and keeps administration informed of market outreach efforts.
- Assists in the development and routine review of marketing, intake, and enrollment processes.
- Meets monthly and annual goals for introductory meetings, presentations, special event partnerships, and enrollments.
- Creates and maintains a directory of contacts with target demographic or organizations/individuals.
- Executes grassroots outreach tactics targeting consumers and referral sources.
- Ensures that all regular referral sources have current information about the organizations and ensures appropriate distribution of collateral materials, as needed.
- Ensures budget compliance for all programing related to job functions.
- Generates awareness of the organization’s brand and services to the community-at-large and grassroots organizations targeting the older adult demographic.
- Establishes, maintains, and updates appropriate social media sites for maximum, positive exposure.
- Suggests, plans, and executes events and services that both organizations will use to continually raise the visibility of the organizations and its core services amongst its target audience.
- Recommends strong community-based organizations, events and leadership that the organizations should align themselves with and uncovers needs that the organizations can meet without compromising their core mission.
- Completes intake assessments and enrollment paperwork, as needed, in order to facilitate timely intake and enrollment.
