This is a fully in-person, face-to-face role where you’ll meet directly with customers to help them find the best digital connectivity solutions.
As a Telecom Enrollment Associate, you’ll serve as a knowledgeable, trusted advisor for AT&T Fiber, engaging with customers, answering questions, and walking families through the benefits of high-speed fiber internet. Your ability to connect with people in person and translate technical features into real everyday value will help customers choose the right service package—enhancing how they work, stream, game, and stay connected.
Key Responsibilities of the Telecom Enrollment Associate
- Engage with customers face-to-face to promote AT&T internet and wireless solutions, highlighting high-speed internet, smartphones, and connected accessories through interactive, in-person sales campaigns.
- Assess household connectivity needs and recommend tailored plans, demonstrating how AT&T internet and wireless improves streaming, gaming, remote work, and everyday digital life.
- Manage activations, upgrades, and service changes by verifying eligibility, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate setup of accounts and devices.
- Provide clear product guidance by explaining service features, pricing, and plan benefits in customer‑friendly language that builds confidence and trust.
- Record customer interactions in CRM systems, capturing preferences, milestones, and feedback to support retention strategies and performance tracking.
- Support promotions and merchandising by coordinating product launches, seasonal offers, and community engagement events that elevate AT&T Fiber visibility.
Minimum Qualifications of the Telecom Enrollment Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, marketing, or business is preferred.
- Experience in telecom sales, customer support, or retail support, ideally with fiber internet, wireless devices, or sales‑based services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain AT&T Fiber solutions clearly, build trust, and adapt messaging to diverse households.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for helping customers stay connected through reliable internet and wireless services.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools, with proven ability to manage service records, monitor engagement, and streamline account workflows accurately.

Pay: $54,971.99 - $66,202.83 per year
