Job Summary
Powerhouse Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financing process for vehicle sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive sales, credit analysis, and financial services, along with excellent negotiation and customer service skills. The Automotive Finance Manager will play a key role in driving dealership profitability while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the financing process for vehicle buyers, including loan approval, credit analysis, and contract preparation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present and upsell various financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to maximize dealership revenue
- Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable financing agreements while ensuring compliance with TILA and other regulations
- Process loan applications, title processing, and deal documentation accurately using financial software systems
- Conduct credit checks and analyze financial data to determine loan eligibility
- Ensure all contracts are completed correctly, including TILA disclosures and other legal documentation
- Collaborate with sales staff to meet monthly sales goals through effective financing strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, lender requirements, and changes in financial regulations affecting auto financing
Skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven experience in financial services, loan processing, or as a loan officer within an automotive or dealership environment
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining compliance standards
- Proficiency in financial software, credit analysis tools, and Title processing systems
- Basic math skills including 10-key typing for quick data entry and calculations
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes, including deal structuring and upselling techniques
- Familiarity with TILA regulations, contracts, and legal requirements related to auto financing
- Effective communication skills to explain complex financial options clearly to customers
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple deals simultaneously

Pay: $84,491.34 - $150,000.00 per year
