About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented HubSpot specialist to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping systems organized, building email sequences, and tracking what’s actually working. You will play a key role in keeping our CRM clean, outreach consistent, and reporting clear.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the HubSpot CRM database
Clean, organize, and segment contacts and companies
Build, schedule, and manage email sequences and campaigns
Support lead routing and pipeline management
Track and report on key metrics (open rates, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline movement)
Create basic dashboards and reporting for leadership
Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaign setup and targeting
Occasional Marketing Support (Secondary Responsibility)
This role does not require creative marketing, campaign strategy, or digital marketing execution
Assist with posting or scheduling approved LCN updates on LinkedIn
- Help organize existing marketing assets (case studies, testimonials, reference materials)
- Coordinate timing and basic logistics for outreach or content updates
- Support marketing tasks as needed, without primary ownership of content creation or strategy
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience using HubSpot (not just exposure)
Strong understanding of email sequences, workflows, and CRM maintainence
Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
Highly organized and detail-driven
Clear communicator who works well independently and with a team
Experience supporting sales teams is a major plus
Nice to Have
Experience with B2B outreach
Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline stages
Background in sales operations or marketing operations
Important Hiring Note
This role is best suited to someone with hands-on experience building sequences, cleaning CRMs, and working with real performance data. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, reporting, and consistency
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
