In this role, you'll manage a talented team while driving consistent underwriting practices and optimizing collection strategies. You'll analyze performance data, recommend policy improvements, and ensure compliance with key regulations like the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act. Your insights will directly influence risk management and business growth.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years in a similar credit risk role within financial services
- Strong background in consumer credit, preferably unsecured
- Proven ability to analyze data, build projections, and recommend credit/product strategies
- Leadership skills to coach and develop your team
