Pay up to $150,000 per year
Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Own month end and year end close, including financial statements and reconciliations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tied to business drivers
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategy, pricing, and growth decisions
- Oversee general ledger, accounting operations, and internal controls
- Partner with operations and leadership to translate financial results into action
Requirements for the Controller:
- 5 plus years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in a service based or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and business fundamentals
- Hands on experience with accounting systems and Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence decisions across the business
