Summary: Seeking an Engineering Lab Manager with expertise in RF/Microwave electronic components and system integration for assembly, alignment, and testing.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- 10+ years of experience
- BSEE Degree
- Preferred Skills:
- Technical understanding of system designs (passive and active)
- Familiarity with EEE parts selection for space applications
Responsibilities:
- Support assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave components
- Generate test procedures/data sheets for PCA's, modules, systems
- Design system interface test fixturing
- Review customer specifications and documentation
- Manage parts/material/process program requirements
- Conduct top-level system tests (Thermal Cycling, Vibration, EMI)
- Produce engineering documentation (Failure reports, DMRs)
- Manage data storage and accessibility for company review
