Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content and Social Strategist based in Atlanta, GA. The Content and Social Strategist will develop and execute strategic content plans for digital platforms and social media to engage key audiences and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include creating, curating, and managing high-quality content, implementing social media campaigns, analyzing the performance of content strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging across multiple channels. This role will ensure content is innovative, consistent with brand guidelines, and resonates with intended audiences.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Content Strategy, Social Media Strategy, and developing engaging content for various platforms
- Excellent Writing, Editing, and Creative Skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
- Experience with Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and analytics tools to measure content performance
- Strong Research and Problem-Solving skills to identify insights for targeted messaging and audience engagement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in social media management tools and familiarity with SEO principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry or non-profit organizations is a plus
