Happy Camp3r is a fast-growing lifestyle apparel brand built on comfort, optimism, and mental health awareness. We create feel-good products and meaningful moments through storytelling, community, and thoughtful design. We’re looking for a Content & Marketing Manager to own our content ecosystem and help bring the brand to life across social, email, and campaigns.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing content across all digital channels while supporting major brand moments, product launches, and campaigns. You will be hands-on with social media, email marketing, photoshoots, and trend-driven content, working closely with leadership and creative partners to grow engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Management
- Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Write engaging captions aligned with Happy Camp3r’s voice and mission
- Manage daily posting cadence and Instagram Stories
- Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and efficiency
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with launches, promotions, and brand moments
2. Email Marketing
- Own and manage Klaviyo (or similar ESP)
- Build and schedule weekly email campaigns and automated flows
- Coordinate emails around product drops, launches, and promotions
- Analyze performance including open rates, click-through rates, and revenue
- Continuously optimize email content and timing based on performance insights
3. Photoshoots & Content Production
- Concept and plan photoshoots, including moodboards and creative direction
- Book and coordinate models, photographers, locations, and studios
- Create detailed shot lists for social media, product pages, email, and ads
- Manage shoot timelines, deliverables, and asset organization
- Ensure content aligns with brand aesthetic and storytelling goals
4. Trends, Campaigns & Creative Ideation
- Stay current on TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, and formats
- Translate trends into on-brand content that feels authentic to Happy Camp3r
- Pitch new content and campaign ideas on a monthly basis
- Support ideation for product drops, brand activations, pop-ups, and collaborations
- Contribute creatively to long-term brand storytelling and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Excellent writing skills with an understanding of brand voice
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment
- Ability to balance creative ideation with execution and deadlines
- Loves to create and post content on socials
