Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will support daily creative needs across brand, retail, digital, and marketing channels, with a strong focus on execution, consistency, and visual storytelling. This role is ideal for a detail oriented designer with 2–3 years of professional experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced, in-house environment.
You will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners to bring Camille Rose’s brand vision to life through thoughtful, high quality design across all touchpoints.
This role is in-person Monday–Thursday at our Atlanta office.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution & Design
- Design assets across digital and print channels (social, email, web, retail, packaging support, presentations, marketing materials)
- Execute creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Translate briefs and feedback into polished, production ready designs
- Support campaign launches, product launches, and evergreen brand initiatives
Brand & Retail Support
- Support retail marketing needs including POS, signage, displays, and promotional assets
- Prepare print ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate production
- Assist with seasonal and retailer specific creative adaptations
- Ensure all retail and brand assets align with Camille Rose brand guidelines
Collaboration & Workflow
- Collaborate with our founder, marketing, sales, and external partners
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while meeting deadlines
- Participate in creative reviews and implement feedback efficiently
- Support creative handoffs, versioning, and approvals across teams
Asset Management & Production
- Maintain organized design files and digital asset libraries
- Ensure proper file naming, version control, and archival practices
- Support resizing, exports, and light production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency; beauty, lifestyle, or CPG preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand focused design, layout, and typography
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and color
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
