Job Overview: Brotherdale is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Paid Media Buyer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client campaigns by managing paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads. Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPI achievement and ROI maximization.
- Conduct audience research to refine targeting and ensure ads reach the right demographics.
- Develop compelling ad creatives in collaboration with the creative team to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and spend across campaigns to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to identify and implement top-performing strategies.
- Generate detailed campaign reports to present insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign performance or delivery.
- Collaborate with the broader team to ensure campaigns align with overall client marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a digital media buyer managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and reporting.
- Experience with A/B testing and a working knowledge of creative optimization strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative on individual projects.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
