Orangeburg Senior Helping Center (OSHC) is hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Representative to support our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. This role is ideal for a recent or soon-to-be college graduate who wants to use marketing skills to make a real difference in people’s lives.
PACE helps seniors stay safely in their homes while receiving coordinated medical, social, and supportive care. Your work will directly help families discover a program that often changes their lives.
What You’ll Do
- Support outreach and enrollment activities
- Help prepare presentations and community education materials
- Call new and existing leads to check in and reintroduce PACE
- Maintain and update CRM data, direct mail program
- Screen potential participants for needs and enrollment eligibility
- Schedule in-home visits and PACE Center tours
- Upload and manage enrollment documents in the EMR
- Represent OSHC at community events and presentations
- Support marketing strategies that drive awareness and enrollment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Strong communication, organizational and social media skills
- Comfortable speaking with seniors, caregivers, and community partners
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
- Interest in healthcare, community outreach, or mission-driven work
