LandWORKS Inc, a local landscape architecture design-build firm, is looking to hire a Landscape Architect/Designer/Project Manager for a full time position in St George, Utah.
We are seeking to hire an experienced Landscape Architect/Project Manager as part of our team. Our broad range of project types and scopes provides the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the design process and construction. This position will have the opportunity to take projects through all phases of design, planning, and construction documentation, with an emphasis on high end custom home design and detailing of pools, water features, and outdoor living spaces etc.
Successful candidates should posses the following:
-Strong communication skills in writing and be very detail oriented.
-PROVEN EXPERIENCE and proficiency with AutoCAD,
-Experience with LandFX, and SketchUp preferred.
-Experience managing construction projects is a plus but not required. Design-Build
-Strong presentation and graphic skills including, use of computer models, 3D and rendering software to produce high quality renderings and presentations.
-An understanding of the build environment and be reliable, efficient, adaptable to changing project types, scopes and job priorities.
-The ability to learn quickly and be a self starter.
Qualifications:
* BLA, certificate or degree in related field.
* 2-5 Years Professional Experience
* AutoCAD proficiency with preference for knowledge of LandFX and SketchUp
* Experience with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrate experience in construction documentation. (Planting and irrigation plans and
details)
* Priority given to candidate who demonstrates understanding of irrigation design and construction processes.
Compensation Range DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
