Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Integration Engineer specializing in Defense Programs to lead complex system integration efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of defense systems, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in quantum engineering. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and integration of complex defense systems, ensuring all components function cohesively.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams throughout project lifecycle phases.
- Develop detailed integration plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies for defense programs.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate technical progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
- Incorporate emerging technologies such as quantum engineering into system architectures to enhance capabilities.
- Support proposal development and technical reviews for new defense projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in system integration within defense or aerospace sectors.
- Proven expertise in quantum engineering is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with defense industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
