Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will manage inbound leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to the company’s continued growth. Responsibilities
- Respond to Inbound Leads: Engage promptly and professionally with potential clients contacting us through phone, email, or online channels.
- Client Inquiries: Provide accurate information about services and assist clients in understanding the best solutions for their situation.
- CRM Management: Maintain organized, up-to-date client records and monitor new leads as they come in.
- Client Follow-Ups: Deliver case updates, answer questions, and ensure clients feel supported throughout their engagement with us.
