THE OPPORTUNITY
We're a fast-growing lead generation company helping remodeling contractors scale to $100k+ monthly revenue. Our Facebook ads generate 20+ qualified inbound leads daily - you'll never make cold calls.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle warm inbound calls from contractors interested in our services
- Book qualified prospects for sales demos (5-10 minute booking calls)
- Conduct intro/qualification calls (20-25 minute discovery calls)
- Work with high-value contractors doing $50k+ monthly revenue
- Target: 8 booked meetings per day
COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN
- Commission: 5% of contract value on every deal that closes
- Monthly Bonus: $500 extra when you generate $30k+ in monthly revenue
- Realistic OTE: $6,000/month with upside to $10k+
THE MATH: Average deal size $6,500. At 25% close rate, booking 8 daily = ~3 closes per week = $6,500+ monthly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years phone sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Track record of hitting/exceeding quotas
- Strong communication and qualification skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Available during 8AM-6PM EST business hours
