The Engagement Manager will lead 3–6 person teams to crack high-stakes strategy challenges across the B2B Services space. You’ll work side-by-side with Partners to deliver consistently excellent project outcomes, building trusted client relationships and positioning the firm for repeat business. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a clear progression route to Partner.
The Engagement Manager will:
– Scope and lead client workstreams from design through delivery
– Coach junior consultants and shape team problem-solving
– Translate ambiguous challenges into structured, testable hypotheses
– Contribute to business development through delivery excellence
– Build long-term senior client relationships rooted in trust
You will need:
– At least 5 years’ strategy / consulting experience (including in-house roles), or 2 years post-MBA
– A track record of managing teams to deliver actionable insight
– Comfort operating at C-suite and board level
– Strong analytical and structured communication skills
– A pragmatic, intellectually curious approach to problem-solving
