Overview
We are looking for someone to take ownership of our brand presence across social media, websites, digital platforms, philanthropic endeavors and physical marketing assets. This role is ideal for a creative, self-driven marketer who wants hands-on control of content, branding, and storytelling for two well-established, community-focused restaurants.
You will be responsible for shaping how our brand looks, sounds, and feels everywhere—from donations & charity work, to Instagram and websites to T-shirts, signage, and promotions.
Compensation & Benefits
- $48,000–$62,000 annually, based on experience

Duties
Website & Online Presence
- Maintain and update existing websites (menus, events, hours, promotions, imagery)
- Coordinate basic SEO and local listing accuracy (Google, etc.)
- Ensure online content is current, accurate, and on-brand
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan, create, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Manage social media calendars, captions, engagement, and basic analytics
- Capture and create content (photos, short-form video, stories, reels)
- Monitor trends and recommend new content ideas and platforms
- Respond to messages, comments, and online engagement when appropriate
Charity and Giving
- Be the point person for donations and giving
- Help incorporate our giving back to the community and charity into the stories of our businesses
- Opportunities for advanced giving that is in co-operation with our goals
- Help plan and execute community events to raise money where and when needed
Merchandising & Creative Assets
- Help design or coordinate branded materials including:
T-shirts, hats, stickers, signage, and promotional merchandise, Flyers, posters, table tents, and in-house marketing materials
- Coordinate print production and manage vendor relationships
- Track inventory and reorders of branded merchandise
Marketing Operations & Collaboration
- Collaborate with ownership and management on promotions and campaigns
- Support events, fundraisers, and community partnerships
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
- Track performance and provide basic reporting and insights
What we are looking for
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or local businesses
- Graphic design or merchandising experience
- Digital marketing, branding or social media experience
- Comfortable with creating content (photo/video) and editing
- Strong organization and time management skills
Additional Skills
- Basic website building (WX etc)
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, email campaigns, and content platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing), ensuring maximum ROI through continuous performance analysis.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance website visibility, improve organic rankings, and increase website traffic through effective SEO practices.
- Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools to improve lead generation and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, B2B marketing, and analytics to keep strategies current and competitive.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media marketing, email marketing, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and performance marketing.
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website updates and customization.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually compelling assets.
- Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to utilize marketing automation platforms for campaign management and customer engagement.
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies to optimize online sales funnels.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO practices.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages for advanced data analysis is a plus.
