About The Role
The Uber Eats team is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Enterprise team in the Grocery & Retail segment covering some of our most strategic partners. As an Enterprise Account Coordinator, you will work efficiently and effectively with our merchant partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. Enterprise Account Coordinators will support our most senior Partner Managers while working closely with merchants, local and central operations, product, sales, marketing and engineering teams to manage and optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its merchant partners.

What You'll Do
- Assisting merchants with setup, administrative tasks, and operational support to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.
- Providing support to Client Partners and Account Managers with documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records, contracts, and client documentation.
- Generating reports and insights from data to support account strategies and decision-making.
- Coordinating internal processes to ensure seamless execution of client and merchant needs.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance account performance.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B operations (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or upper management retail/food industry).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an account management, customer support, or administrative role in a business or tech-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for data analysis.
- Basic proficiency in SQL, with the ability to adjust and refine queries as needed.

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$33.66 per hour - USD$35.46 per hour. For New York, NY-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$37.50 per hour - USD$39.42 per hour. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$37.50 per hour - USD$39.42 per hour. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
