Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, execution-focused Marketing Manager to support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution across email, social media, website updates, and event promotion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning plans into action, managing timelines, and keeping marketing efforts running smoothly. The Marketing Manager will work within established brand guidelines and strategy set by the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for reliable, accurate, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will support and execute marketing initiatives by building, scheduling, and deploying campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, and website content. This role manages campaign timelines, task lists, and deliverables from start to launch, ensuring work is completed on time and aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities include supporting event marketing by promoting events across digital platforms, maintaining accurate event listings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure marketing materials are current and correct.
The role also includes content coordination such as publishing social media posts, supporting email campaign deployment, updating website content, and coordinating the creation and rollout of marketing assets and graphics.
From an organizational standpoint, the Marketing Manager helps track campaign performance, maintains organized records of marketing efforts, and shares observations and insights with the Director of Marketing to support continuous improvement.
This position requires comfort managing multiple tasks at once, identifying potential delays, and stepping in to complete work directly when needed to meet deadlines.
Decision-Making & Collaboration
This role operates with independence on assigned tasks while staying aligned with approved strategies and brand standards. Day-to-day execution decisions are handled independently, while major changes, brand-sensitive items, or high-impact initiatives are escalated to the Director of Marketing.
Qualifications
2–4+ years of marketing experience preferred, especially in hospitality, wine, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Experience with email marketing platforms, CMS tools, and social media scheduling tools is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Additional Requirements
Weekend availability for event-related marketing support is required. An Alcohol Server License is required or must be obtained upon hire.
Compensation & Growth
