Account Executive – Media & Digital Sales

What you’ll be doing:
- Meeting with local business owners and decision-makers across the Rogue Valley.
- Creating advertising campaigns that combine the best of radio, TV, and digital.
- Offering clients powerful tools like SEO, social media management, YouTube, OTT/CTV, and reputation management.
- Building lasting relationships backed by measurable results.
- Reaching sales goals—and celebrating your wins with a supportive team.

Compensation that rewards your effort:
We start you with a $39,000 annual draw against commission for stability while you build your client base. The best part? Your earning potential is unlimited—top performers in this role can make $100,000+ per year.
Who we’re looking for:
If you are outgoing, curious, and enjoy solving problems for people, this role may be a strong fit.
Prior sales or media experience is helpful but not required—we are prepared to train candidates who bring the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Ideal candidates are well organized, strong communicators, and collaborative by nature.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
