THE JOB
We furnish homes for sale to highlight their best attributes. Our Staging Stylist position is new, and is an expansion of our current team. You will work for the Staging Director, learning how to deliver on our brand of luxury client service and outstanding results.
While the Staging Director will set the style and tone for the home, selecting most furnishings, you will step in to place and arrange items on-site. The Staging Director will oversee your work and you'll be supported by one or more staging assistants, who help with carrying, moving, and some styling.
There's no moving the big stuff, like sofas and dining tables, we have movers for that. But you and the team will completely furnish a home in less than day. It's nowhere near back-breaking work, but it is physical. We think the degree of exertion is similar to that of a caterer: moving bins of material and being on your feet for most of the day.
The job is quite seasonal but from February through September, there are typically multiple stages per week, plus prep time. This is technically a part-time job but March to August is close to full-time.
Most of our work is on Bainbridge Island and the rest is in Kitsap County.
The job starts at $25/hour with an increase available after 90 days, depending on your reliability, work ethic, and talent.
Requirements: A current driver's license and a reasonably clean driving record so you can drive our vans. Because you'll be working in people's homes, you will also be subject to a background check.

- Currently living in North Kitsap (sorry, we've hired out of Bremerton, Port Orchard , and Seattle before, but people get tired of the commute)
