Job Duties:
- Innovative Design Leadership: Apply deep industry expertise to bring creative and efficient cabinetry solutions to every area of the home.
- Technical Proficiency: Accurately read and interpret complex architectural drawings to ensure design feasibility.
- Client & Partner Collaboration: Partner closely with contractors, designers, and homeowners to translate their unique visions into functional requirements.
- Pre-Production Coordination: Develop and deliver comprehensive plans, finish selections, and specifications to the estimating department for precise drafting and pricing.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure all custom units are built to exact specifications, optimizing labor and material usage.
- Expert Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the selection of finishes, styles, hardware, and construction methods.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met with efficiency and high-level attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: We welcome applicants ranging from talented entry-level graduates to experienced industry professionals.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and interpret architectural scales accurately.
- Software & Math: Strong computer literacy (specifically Microsoft Office) and solid mathematical skills for precise design calculations.
- Resourcefulness: A self-starter with the ability to work independently, track down information, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with clients and contractors.
- Organizational Standards: Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, with a natural ability to function as a collaborative team player.
- Availability: Flexibility to work occasional overtime or evenings as project volume requires, including participation in a Monday night rotation until 7:00 PM.

Base pay is based on experience, plus a structured commission plan that kicks in after the training phase.
