Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our growing development team. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong foundation in front-end or full-stack development who’s ready to work on real-world projects, contribute to production code, and learn from senior engineers.

You’ll help build and maintain websites and applications for our clients, working closely with designers, developers, and project managers.

Responsibilities

Contribute to front-end and back-end development for websites and web apps
Assist with bug fixes, QA testing, and performance improvements
Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture and implementation
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Help maintain technical documentation and internal tools
Stay current on relevant tools, frameworks, and best practices

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a professional or internship-based software development role
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React experience is a plus)
Familiarity with Git/GitHub and common development workflows
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance basics
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Bonus: experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g. Sanity, Contentful) or backend tools like Node.js / Next.js
