Responsibilities
- Complete 3 to 4 in home consultations each day
- Offer exceptional customer service and expert design advice
- Accurately measure windows and place orders for products
- Discuss your job details with installers and admin staff
- Document all sales communications
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly
- Follow up on all leads and pending sales to closure
- Stay current on Window Treatment trends and product changes
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and periodic trainings
Qualifications
- Excellent written correspondence skills
- Detail oriented yet enjoy people
- Strong math skills
- Proficient in MS Office and MacOS environments
- Able to climb stairs and lift 30lbs
- Measure overhead and while on a 6-foot ladder
- Honest, Respectful and Service- Oriented required
Nice to have
- 2 years of sales experience
- Experience with window coverings including drapery is helpful
- Previous experience with invoicing is helpful
- Experience with a CRM preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- This is a job that is difficult to learn initially, taking up to 6 months for most to be comfortable. Are you willing to use technology to learn on your own, able to work with fractions, and be willing to ask questions when you don’t know the answer?

- This job requires you to drive 40 miles a day or more attending 2-4 sales appointments. You will be required to work from a car, coffee shop, library or other co-working space. What challenges do you foresee to being comfortable working in this environment.
