3–5+ years of experience in product, textile, or home design
Proven background designing home soft goods (bedding, throws, blankets, decorative accessories)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre
Experience creating production-ready artwork, repeats, engineered placements, and colorways
Strong understanding of textile materials, construction, and soft-goods manufacturing
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
The Home Textiles Designer is a hands-on creative role supporting both licensed and private-label brands across bedding, throws, blankets, and decorative soft goods. This position blends creativity with technical execution, owning the design process from initial concept through production. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, production-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment.
Design seasonal assortments for bedding and home soft goods
Create CADs, textile repeats, engineered placements, and colorways
Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details
Prepare accurate, factory-ready artwork and technical packages
Review and approve samples, strike-offs, lab dips, and revisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, sourcing, and production teams
Manage multiple projects and timelines while meeting deadlines
3–5+ years of experience in product design, textile design, or home furnishings
Strong technical knowledge of soft goods, textiles, and production processes
Experience working with licensed and/or private-label brands preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced design environment
