Role Summary:
Support development of new products and manufacturing processes, with a balance of desk-based analysis and hands-on plant floor work.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related science
Strong understanding of chemical or process engineering fundamentals
Experience in manufacturing, polymers, chemicals, or materials
Process development, optimization, and testing experience
Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and vendors
Nice to Have:
Graduate degree
R&D or process engineering background in manufacturing
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
