We’re looking for a talented Interior Designer who is creative in terms of design, enjoys collaboration, and actually gets excited about turning ideas into real, buildable spaces and is tech savvy. This is a fully in-person role for someone who wants to work hands-on with a creative, fast-moving team on high-end residential projects.
If you’re equal parts creative thinker and technical problem-solver — and you care about details as much as design, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Design thoughtful interior spaces for residential and commercial projects
- Create layouts, elevations, shop drawings and presentation materials
- Build 3D models and client visuals
- Produce coordinated design documentation
- Collaborate daily with project managers, operations, and leadership
- Support projects from concept to completion
- Help select finishes, materials, and specifications
What You Bring:
SketchUp (required)
Revit (required)
AutoCAD (required)
Strong space planning and layout skills
Residential design experience
Ability to juggle multiple projects (without losing the details)
Clear communication skills
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Able to work in-office full-time
Nice to Have (Not Dealbreakers):
Rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion, etc.)
Construction documentation experience
Client presentation experience
Architectural material knowledge
