Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Analyst, based in Sugar Land, TX. The Investment Analyst will support the acquisitions and asset management teams through financial underwriting, market research, due diligence, and investment analysis. This role is responsible for building financial models, evaluating deal performance, and assisting in the strategic decision-making process across DPEG’s real estate portfolio.
Salary: $20–35/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities-
- Perform financial underwriting and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections and return metrics
- Conduct market research, property-level analysis, and due diligence
- Assist with investment memorandums, presentations, and internal reporting
- Support transaction execution, closing processes, and post-acquisition analysis
- Track portfolio performance metrics and assist with asset management reporting
Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with real estate underwriting and valuation preferred
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
