Sales Consultant
Talent Elite Partners is partnering with a highly respected organization to hire an accomplished Sales Consultant. This role is built for professionals who consistently deliver, lead consultative sales cycles, and thrive in performance-driven environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and close
- Build and expand relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline with accurate follow-through and forecasting
- Consistently exceed targets by closing high-value, consultative deals
- Partner with internal teams to sharpen strategy, messaging, and execution
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in a quota-based, consultative sales role (or strong entrepreneurial revenue experience)
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and relationship-building ability
- Pipeline discipline and a track record of closing complex deals
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
