Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President, Mid-Atlantic to lead growth across the region (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware). This “player-coach” role combines individual account management, new business development, and team leadership. You will drive market expansion, build long-term client relationships, and oversee a high-performing sales team delivering staffing and consulting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting performance expectations and coaching for success.
- Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic accounts in mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of staff augmentation and professional services opportunities.
- Engage senior decision-makers through meetings, presentations, conferences, and networking events.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in staff augmentation and project services sales, with success in Fortune 100 accounts.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, project/program management, product ownership, and emerging technologies (Data/AI, Cloud, Data Center Engineering).
- Strong network of qualified buyers and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and social media marketing.
- Track record of strategic selling and account penetration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-state regional accounts.
- Background in professional services or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated ability to scale sales organizations in growth-focused companies.
