Are you a licensed Civil PE ready to take the reins and lead a growing Public Works department? Lynn Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to help shape the future of municipal infrastructure across Texas.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage public works projects: water, wastewater, drainage, roads
- Oversee a team of designers and EITs, reviewing and redlining plans
- Guide field inspections and QA/QC efforts
- Own project scopes, budgets, and client relationships
- Collaborate across multiple Lynn Engineering offices
- Influence department growth and help shape internal processes

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Civil PE (required)
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
- Public works design experience (municipal focus)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and related tools
- Excellent communicator and team mentor
Location
- Based in Bay City, TX (office-based with some travel to project sites and meetings)
