We are looking for a
Recruiter Trainee to join our Recruitment Team and learn the recruitment process from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone starting their career who is organized, communicative and interested in HR, recruitment and people operations.
You’ll receive hands-on training and work closely with the Director of Recruitment and HR to support hiring for multiple roles, primarily in tech and corporate functions.
Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and identify candidate-role fit
- Learn to source on different databases
- Support candidate screening and interview coordination
- Communicate with candidates via email or database (LinkedIn/Zoho)
- Update and maintain candidate information on ATS
- Assist with job postings and recruitment admin tasks
- Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements
Requirements:
- No prior recruitment experience required (is a plus)
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition
- Good communication skills
- English level: Conversational (reading and writing requires)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable using digital tools (email, LinkedIn, Zoho, spreadsheets)
Nice to Have:
- Background in customer service, sales, administration or HR
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards
- Studies in psychology, HR, business or related fields.
