Position Summary
Storm Equipment is hiring a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to architect, lead, and scale the revenue engine behind what we believe will become the largest direct-to-customer (D2C) brand in the snow and ice industry.
This is a senior leadership role for a proven operator, someone who has already helped scale a high-ticket D2C or D2C-adjacent business at $75M+ in revenue and is confident in their ability to help build toward a $500M+ vision over the next decade.
This role owns Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) from day one and is responsible for leading, managing, mentoring, and developing the teams within those functions. You will build leaders, establish clear accountability, and create an environment where high-performing, values-aligned teams can thrive.
Storm operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), with a strong emphasis on clear accountability, data-driven decision-making, quarterly priorities (Rocks), and leadership team alignment. This role will fully own and lead the Sales, Marketing, and CX teams, executing on the vision and ethos set by Storm’s founder and CEO.
This is not a “hero salesperson” role. It is an analytical, systems-driven leadership position focused on building scalable teams, predictable revenue, enduring customer loyalty, and a brand that compounds over time.

- External marketing agency partners

- Align content, storytelling, product launches, and campaigns with Storm’s purpose and values.

Customer Experience (CX) Ownership
- Own CX as a strategic growth lever, not just a support function.
- Lead CX leadership and teams to deliver best-in-class service, technical support, and parts experiences.
- Ensure feedback loops from customers directly inform product, sales, and marketing decisions.
- Build systems that turn customers into long-term advocates.
Culture, Leadership & Scale
- Lead a team of 11-12 across Sales, Marketing, and CX on day one.
- Own Sales, Marketing, and CX accountability within Storm’s EOS framework, including Rocks, scorecards, L10s, and cross-functional alignment.
- Build a culture rooted in Storm’s values: Impactful, Curious, Enduring.
