Finance & Insurance Manager Responsibilities/What you’ll do:
- Help run the daily sales operations by working with sales personnel, sales manager, and parts & service managers.
- Train the sales team on available financing and programs to ensure they promote them to customers.
- Follow a structured sales process
- You help set the pace for the sales team and will always be willing to close deals for the sales team.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to have several program options and competitive rates.
- Pull credit and submitting to lenders.
- Find competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase machines.
- Process applications for machine financing and help customers get approved.
- Select appropriate lender, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, and finalize delivery.
- Conduct (F&I) Customer Interview with each customer.
- Work directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options.
- Verify that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly.
- Lay write up next to Bill of Sale to verify it matches.
- “We Owe You Owe” is done on every deal.
- Check all deals to ensure that no parts or accessories are missed.
- Ensure that PDI is signed on all deals.
- Contract all deals. Verify correct spelling and information. Collect all necessary signatures from the customer and verify all spots have been signed by F & I manager and customer.
- Collect down payment for all deals.
- Complete F&I checklist on every deal 100% of time
- Consistently adhere to all F&I office process and flow of contracts.
- Ensure compliance by following all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Update invoice notes on all deals and date them
- Be on top of all your deals.
- Submit all F&I deals in a timely fashion.
- Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding with constant communication with business office.
- Set up the title clerk for success - fewer titling delays/fees
- Not afraid to work through difficult deals with customers and lenders.
- Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR
- Ready and willing to work overtime during peak season as required.
Finance & Insurance Manager Requirements/What we are looking for:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a powersport Finance & Insurance Manager or like experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales.
- Must be able to pass a background check. Any charges related to theft are an automatic decline.
- Valid driver's license
- Proven ability to make the sale using closing skills required.
- Business management experience in the powersports industry is a plus.
- Professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
