Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Brand Manager to join and build out our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will assist in developing, designing and executing brand strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple channels, online and offline.
Duties
- Assist in the development, design and implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the product management team to ensure alignment of product offerings with brand messaging.
- Design compelling brand decks for content creators and licensees that visually and strategically align with our brand values.
- Utilize digital marketing techniques to enhance online presence and drive e-commerce sales.
- Leverage consumer insights to develop brand plans and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following skills:
- Brand Strategy Development: Ability to shape and execute long-term brand strategies that align with business goals.
- Campaign Planning: Skill in planning, launching, and managing brand campaigns with a focus on positioning, messaging, and multi-channel marketing.
- Ecomm Expertise: Must have strong capabilities in running digital ecomm sites, from Shopify, Meta Shops, TikTok Shops, and Amazon Storefronts.
- Consumer Behavior Analysis: Understanding of consumer needs, behaviors, and motivations, translating insights into effective campaigns.
- Market Research: Knowledge of market research techniques to assess brand performance, track competitor strategies, and identify emerging trends.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in interpreting data from syndicated sources and customer feedback to make informed brand decisions.
- Creative Direction: Ability to work with creative teams to produce compelling visuals and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
- Content Creation: Skilled in creating brand decks, social launches, and brand storytelling that supports brand identity and differentiation.
- Trend Awareness: Awareness of emerging trends in design, culture, and technology that can enhance brand relevancy and appeal.
- Storytelling: Skill in articulating the brand’s mission and story in a way that resonates with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present marketing plans and campaign results effectively to executives, Sales, and retail partners.
- Design Ability: Must be proficient in Canva, Figma, and/or InDesign.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing or a related digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of market and consumer trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $80,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and track record.
