Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Junior Designer is located in Manhattan Beach, CA. The Junior Designer will assist in the creation and execution of design projects. Tasks include developing design concepts, preparing presentations, sourcing materials, and working closely with senior designers to fulfill clients’ visions. The role also encompasses administrative tasks related to project management and client communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to develop cohesive design concepts
- Skills in material sourcing, space planning, and creating presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage administrative aspects of projects
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with senior designers
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Previous internship or experience in the interior design industry is a plus
