North America Trade Partnerships Manager – Development Markets
Location: United States (Regional Office in Los Angeles, California) | Full-time
Reports to: Regional Director – North America
Tourism Fiji is seeking a Trade Partnerships Manager to drive visitor growth from the United States and Canada, with a focus on Cruise, MICE (Incentive Travel), Scuba Diving, and the Canadian market. Working closely with the Regional Director, this role strengthens relationships with travel trade partners, delivers trade-led marketing activity, and supports Tourism Fiji’s presence across North America. You will be joining a small, collaborative North America team, where decisions are made quickly and your work has a direct impact on market outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• B2B trade partnerships and market growth across North America
• Matai Specialist Program delivery
• Trade marketing agreements and famils
• Market intelligence and performance reporting
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, administration, or tourism/hospitality
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM or finance systems an advantage)
Eligibility
• Must have full legal working rights in the United States
• This role requires on‑site presence and is therefore offered as a fully office‑based position. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
• Based at the Los Angeles regional office.
