The Role
We are seeking a
Logistics & Customer Service Assistant to support our sales team and customers through order processing, logistics coordination, and daily communication. This role requires strong common sense, ownership, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others — plus openness to learning and adopting new tools, including AI-based systems.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process parts orders accurately to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate and optimize shipments to improve efficiency
- Support sales follow-ups and customer communication
- Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot (CRM)
- Identify service issues or process gaps before they escalate
- Learn and use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and customer experience
- Suggest improvements to workflows, documentation, and internal processes

Who We’re Looking For
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support
- Experience in manufacturing, foodservice equipment, or commercial refrigeration is a plus
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams)
- Willingness to learn new systems, including AI-powered tools
