SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Full-Time Position | Hybrid (Las Vegas + Remote)
The Social Media Manager is the voice, visual identity, and content engine behind our family of brands, and select client brands that come through Melon Marketing and Alleyoop Group.
This isn't a "post and pray" role. You'll create content that converts, builds authority, and drives measurable business outcomes. You'll work directly with founders, translate big ideas into scroll-stopping content, and turn one piece of content into 10 platform-specific assets.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role for someone who geeks out over analytics, doesn't need a creative director to approve every caption, and treats social media like a performance sport.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms for The Cultivate Code, Melon Marketing, and Alleyoop Group
- Create short-form and long-form video content (reels, carousels, stories, captions) that aligns with brand voice and drives engagement
- Repurpose podcast episodes, client case studies, and founder content into multi-platform promotional materials
- Write conversion-focused captions that sound human, not like AI
- Platform Management & Growth
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what's working (engagement, conversions, lead generation)
- Manage community engagement, DMs, and comments with speed and brand consistency
- Test new content formats, platform features, and creative approaches to stay ahead of trends
- Identify growth opportunities and execute on them without needing permission
Client & Collaboration Support
- Support select Melon Marketing and Alleyoop Group clients with social media execution as needed
- Collaborate with Amira on campaign strategy, product launches, and content experiments
- Coach founders to show up authentically on camera and in content
Systems & Ownership
- Build repeatable content creation workflows that require minimal founder input
- Track analytics and present monthly performance reports with insights, not just numbers
- Improve processes over time to move faster without sacrificing quality
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- A content creator first, a poster second, you know what performs and why
- Obsessed with analytics and use data to improve, not just report
- Comfortable writing in different brand voices without losing speed or quality
- Resourceful and scrappy, you figure it out instead of waiting for answers
- Confident on camera and can coach others to do the same
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and shifting priorities
- Proactive and independent, you don't need daily direction
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
- Experience in coaching, wellness, or hospitality industries
- Familiar with podcast-to-social workflows
- Background in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Experience managing client social accounts in an agency setting
Compensation & Growth
- $55,000-65,000 per year, based on experience
- Performance bonuses tied to measurable growth metrics (engagement, conversions, lead gen)
- Direct access to founders and real decision-making influence
- Opportunity to build and own the social strategy for a growing portfolio of brands
What Success Looks Like
- Content is published consistently without reminders or delays
- Engagement rates and conversions are trending upward month over month
- Founders spend less time on social media, not more
- Client brands (if applicable) see measurable results from your work
- You're testing, iterating, and improving without needing to be asked
- The social presence feels cohesive, strategic, and authentic across all brands
You'll Love This If:
- You treat social media like a performance sport and love the challenge of moving metrics
- You can create a week's worth of content in 3 hours when needed
- You don't need a creative director to approve every post
- You're energized by variety, managing multiple brands keeps you engaged, not overwhelmed
- You want ownership and creative freedom, not micromanagement
Don't Apply If:
- You think "engagement" means likes and comments (we care about conversions)
- You need detailed instructions and daily check-ins to stay on track
- You've never repurposed long-form content into social assets
- You treat social media as a strict 9-5 job (great content happens in real-time)
- You need constant praise or validation to stay motivated
