Marketing Coordinator
Showroom & Sales Support
We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts while working closely with our Sales teams. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is based in Newport Beach, CA.
What You’ll Do
- Support Sales and Business Development with marketing materials, decks, and presentations
- Support RFP responses, assist with look books, industry events, and marketing workflows
- Maintain showroom readiness for client tours and meetings
- Assist with social media calendar, graphics, print materials, web updates, and approvals
- Assist with events, gifting, and showroom tours
- Coordinate and schedule vendor partners, maintain library
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, events, or communications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating daily with Sales and BD teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Positive, proactive, detail-oriented mindset
