Overview
We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Walmart business. This is a high-visibility role working directly alongside senior leadership, supporting one of the largest retail accounts in the country.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales within the apparel industry. You will gain hands-on exposure to retail strategy, order management, inventory flow, and data-driven decision-making. For the right individual, this role can evolve into a full Sales Manager position over time.
We are not looking for a passive order-taker. We want someone sharp, organized, and eager to learn our systems and help execute at a high level.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Account Support
- Assist in managing the Walmart business across multiple categories
- Enter and maintain purchase orders
- Track orders from placement through delivery
- Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance
- Run and analyze retail sales reports
- Prepare internal and external reporting decks
- Support line reviews and buyer presentations
Data & Systems
- Work within Walmart Retail Link and Scintilla to pull and analyze sales data
- Track inventory levels, sell-through, weeks of supply, and replenishment trends
- Identify risks and opportunities in sales and inventory flow
- Maintain accurate item setup and ecommerce listings
- Assist with new item creation and system maintenance
Operations & Execution
- Partner cross-functionally with production, logistics, and design teams
- Monitor on-time delivery and resolve order issues
- Support forecasting and inventory management initiatives
- Conduct store visits and competitive analysis as needed

Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with Walmart Retail Link
- Experience with Scintilla
- Inventory management experience
- Apparel or consumer goods background

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
