Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovated Visual Media Specialist to join our ROCKSTAR Sales & Marketing team on a full- time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence across multiple scoial media channels and our websites. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and content creation, to effectively engage target audiences and support our overall marketing objectives. The Visual Media Specialist will play a key role in developing visually appealing campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print advertising.
- Manage and optimize multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite to ensure consistency with brand standards.
- Implement SEO best practices in visual content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to create engaging content for multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Tik Tok Shop and other digital channels.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor performance metrics and refine visual strategies accordingly.
- Support product management initiatives by creating visuals that highlight product features and benefits for e-commerce audiences.
- Assist in research and copywriting efforts to develop compelling messaging aligned with campaign goals.
- Collaborate on advertising sales efforts by designing promotional materials that attract potential clients.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, performance marketing, print advertising, and emerging technologies like marketing automation and marketing platforms such as WordPress and HTML.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Knowledge of content marketing best practices and copywriting skills to craft engaging narratives.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms specifically Shopify and WordPress website management.
- Basic photography skills.
- Must be literate in Microsoft Office Software packages.
- Must have knowlege of printing and working with print companies.
- Basic HTML skills for customizing web content when necessary.
- Ability to analyze data through analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize visual content accordingly.
- Excellent research skills combined with creative thinking to develop innovative visual solutions for diverse audiences.

Work Expectations
- Full Time (40+ hours per week)
- 8 hour work days between 8:30am & 7:00pm
