Key Responsibilities
- Compile daily trade blotters and allocate trade tickets
- Monitor intraday trading activity and settlement status (RTTM)
- Respond to back-office inquiries and emails
- Balance trading inventories and resolve cancel and correct forms
- Oversee rejected accounts and ensure timely resolution
- Learn and utilize trading and operational systems, including TOMS, Tradeweb/Bonddesk, and Pershing NetX360
- Open and maintain new accounts via NetX and Bloomberg
- Manage information flow to institutional investors
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of financial markets
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
