This role is for experienced sales professionals who want quality appointments, operational support, and a company that executes not hand-holding, not babysitting.
The Role
As a Sales Consultant at Lytegen, you will meet qualified homeowners in person and guide them through high-value clean energy solutions. Your job is simple: run clean consultations, close at a high level, and move deals forward efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Run pre-set, in-home appointments with homeowners actively exploring solar.
- Deliver clear, confident consultations covering system design, savings, incentives, and next steps.
- Close deals by leading homeowners through programs and approvals with professionalism and precision.
- Accurately manage your pipeline using CRM tools and maintain clean documentation.
- Coordinate closely with setters and operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to install.
- Consistently hit monthly targets with a strong sit-to-close ratio.

Requirements
- Proven experience in in-home sales or high-ticket closing.
- Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills you can explain complex ideas simply and confidently.
- Ability to manage your own schedule and stay accountable without micromanagement.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Personal laptop or tablet for presentations.
