Core Agency is hiring Entry Level Marketing Associates to support in-person customer engagement and retail marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for individuals interested in developing professional communication, sales, and marketing skills in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Role Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at partnered retail locations
- Engage customers face-to-face and communicate service information accurately
- Follow established processes to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Support account-level activities and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
- Maintain professionalism and reliability in a customer-facing setting
You will commute to the Harrisburg office 3–4 times per week, with most work conducted at local retail locations throughout the PA area.

- Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
