Planet Carz is a high-volume, fast-paced independent dealership with 100+ vehicles in stock, including luxury, sports cars, SUVs, trucks, and sedans. We work with all major banks and lenders, giving our customers competitive financing options and giving our team the tools to maximize deals.
We are looking for an experienced, driven F&I Manager who knows how to structure deals, build lender relationships, and maximize backend profit while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Secure approvals from prime, near-prime, and subprime lenders
- Present and sell finance products (VSC, GAP, tire & wheel, etc.)
- Structure deals to maximize gross profit
- Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations
- Work closely with sales team to close deals efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and finance companies
- Ensure accurate paperwork and funding
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years F&I experience required (independent dealership preferred)
- Strong lender network & structuring experience
- Knowledge of compliance, CIT, and funding processes
- Proven track record of backend performance
- High energy, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
